Claim Process
In the event of an incident with your phone, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Step 2: Submit Details
Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Device Handover
After confirmation from Zopper, visit your nearest Xiaomi/Allocated authorised service centre and submit your device.
Step 4: Device Delivery
After your device is repaired and you are satisfied with the service, it will be handed over to you, and a service charge of ₹350 + GST will be collected. Please note that if any additional parts need to be repaired or replaced, extra charges may apply.
What This Plan Doesn't Cover?
Any damage to other parts of the smartphone
Suffers damage due to
natural disasters, fire, lightning, and explosions
riots, strikes and vandalism
Any loss or damage under mysterious circumstances including theft
Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after the device is damaged
Regular wear and tear and manufacturing defects
Recovery and reinstallation of software or user data
Minor scratches on the smartphone's screen
Repairs performed at any unauthorised service centre
