Step 2: Submit Details
Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Technician Visit
After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from your nearest Xiaomi/allocated authorised service centre for inspection of the product.
Step 4: Device Delivery
After your device is repaired and you are satisfied with the service, it will be handed over to you.
Exclusions:
Damages that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect.
Accessories including battery, mop, filter, brushes, wear and tear items, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
Any loss or damage from power fluctuations, unauthorised modifications, and theft.
Depreciation:
In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation, and any previous repair costs.
