Xiaomi Complete Care Plan

The Xiaomi Complete Care Plan protects your device from any accidental or liquid damage for 3 years from the date of purchase of the plan and extends the manufacturing warranty of your device by 2 years after the expiry of the manufacturing warranty, ensuring worry-free use and complete peace of mind.

Plan Validity

3 years

No. of Claims

2 claims are allowed under the plan within a 3-year policy period, with the total repair value capped at 75% of the sum insured value.

Please Note: A cooling-off period of 60 days applies from the date of plan purchase. During this period, no claims will be accepted.

Claim Process

In the event of an incident with your TV, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Step 1: Raise a Request

Step 2: Submit Details

Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.

Step 3: Technician Visit

After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from your nearest Xiaomi/allocated authorised service centre for inspection of the product.

Step 4: Device Delivery

The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.

Beyond Economic Repair (BER)

If the sum of the claim amount is greater than or equal to 75% of the invoice amount, it will be deemed as beyond economical repair (BER).

If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan, and the policy will be considered null and void

Depreciation

In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation, and any previous repair costs.

What This Plan Doesn't Cover?

  1. Any loss or damage from unauthorised modifications and theft

  2. Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect

  3. Minor scratches, remote, battery in accessories/consumable items (plastic body), or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the TV

  4. Damage due to

    • natural disasters, fire, lightning, and explosions

    • riots, strikes and vandalism

  5. Damage caused by:

    1. An external product/accessory

    2. Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre

  6. If the serial number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission

  7. Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
