India Gets Moving Initiative
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the âIndia Gets Movingâ initiative.
Under this initiative, Zopper (a trademark of Solvy Tech Solutions Private Limited) is offering a complimentary one-year âZopper Wellness Programâ which is available on voluntary basis.
This program offers the following benefits:
Program Benefits
By enrolling in the Zopper Wellness Program, you ("Customer") will receive access to the following benefits:
Personal Accident Cover of âš1 lakh by HDFC ERGO
Wellness rewards of upto 100% of sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value) by HDFC ERGO
Personalized lifestyle and health score to keep a track of health
 Personal mental health coach on your wrist (will incorporate tools for wellbeing such as guided meditation, desk exercises for working class and fitness check)
Free access to webinars on securing health tips on Zopper website
Enrollment and Insurance
Under âIndia Gets Movingâ initiative, customers can voluntarily enroll in the âZopper Wellness Programâ at the point of purchase of the Apple Watch. Enrollment in the program has to be mandatorily done on the date of purchase of the Apple Watch, it cannot be done at a later date.
By enrolling in this program, the customer becomes an active member of HDFC ERGO's insurance program, with Solvy Tech Solutions Private Limited as the master policyholder.
Store staff will enter product and customer details in the Zopper Retailer Portal to enroll the customer in this initiative.
The customer will receive an SMS and email with a link to the terms and conditions and a One-time password <OTP>.
The customer is advised to read the terms and conditions before providing consent/sharing OTP with the store staff to enroll under the 'India Gets Moving' initiative.
By entering the OTP on the Zopper Retailer Portal, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and is enrolled in the Zopper Wellness Program.
Customers will receive an SMS/Email with a link to download the âhere by HDFC ERGOâ application.
The customer will log in to the âhere by HDFC ERGOâ application with the mobile number they provided at the time of enrollment.
To be eligible for Wellness Rewards, customers have to provide permission to sync their step data from Apple Health Kit to âhere by HDFC ERGOâ app.
The customer will also get a complementary Personal Accident Cover of âš1 lakh

Customers must ensure that the name provided at the time of enrollment should be exactly the same as that to be submitted during KYC and Bank Account verification.
Important Information:
The nominee must submit claim intimation for Personal Accident cover to HDFC ERGO with a copy to the Master Policy Holder: Zopper (a trademark of Solvy Tech Solutions Private Limited)
The decision of final approval/rejection of any claim rests with the insurance company (HDFC ERGO).
The insurance cover includes:
Wellness Rewards up to 100% of the sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value) basis the total steps taken
Personal Accident cover for up to INR 1 Lac
The coverage under the Insurance plan will commence from the customer's enrollment date in the 'India Gets Moving' initiative. Â
Steps for calculating wellness rewards are tracked through the
"here by HDFC ERGO"app linked to your Apple Watch. Download the app at: https://hdfcergo.onelink.me/ARLJ/IndiaGetsMovingPolicy details (Certificate of Insurance) will be sent via email/SMS within 3 days of issuance.
Cancellation and refund are not allowed under this policy.
Each insured person must provide a unique mobile number. The mobile phone number provided by the customer to the reseller at the time of enrollment and subsequently entered by the reseller in the Zopper web portal becomes uniquely linked to the customerâs account within the "Here by HDFC ERGO" app. To maintain program integrity and prevent fraudulent activity, this mobile phone number cannot be changed after enrollment. This applies regardless of whether the mobile number was initially entered incorrectly by the reseller or provided incorrectly by the customer.
Data manipulation (fake steps, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Only the insured customer's steps are valid for availing rewards. Points cannot be transferred in any scenario.
Claims based on fraudulent actions will be denied.
The sum insured if wrongly entered due to human negligence can also not be modified post the enrolment
Redemption of Points
Download the
"here by HDFC ERGO"app to redeem wellness rewards.Step tracking through this app is mandatory for accumulating points.
Steps are calculated based on the policy completion month.
Eligible rewards depend on step count targets and reward logic provided within the
"here by HDFC ERGO"app.
Additional Requirements
 KYC completion is mandatory for claim processing as per IRDAI guidelines.
Linking your bank account with the app is also required for claims.
The insured person must physically achieve the step count target to be eligible for rewards.
Redemption and Claims
Customers can redeem rewards after accumulating points and completing a policy month.
Claim requests must be made within 90 days after the expiry of 12 months from enrollment under the program.
Claims are processed within 2-3 business days of a successful redemption request, KYC verification, and bank account linkage
Using the same device to sync steps for multiple programs is prohibited.

By enrolling in the Program, you accept these terms and agree that Zopper ( a trademark of Solvy Tech Solutions Private Limited) and Apple Distributors or Apple Authorized Resellers (or their affiliates) will not be held liable for any damages related to the Program.
Duty of Disclosure by the Insured
You (the insured) further declare that you will notify HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited ("the Company") in writing of any changes occurring in your occupation or general health after submitting the proposal but before the company communicates its risk acceptance.
Consent to Information Sharing
You also declare and consent to the Company:
Seeking medical information from any hospital that has treated you at any time.
Obtaining information from any past or present employer concerning your physical and mental health.
Requesting information from any insurance company where you applied for insurance.
This information is collected to underwrite your proposal and settle any claims.
Authorization for Information Sharing
You hereby authorize the Company to share information about your proposal, including medical records, for the sole purpose of proposal underwriting and claims settlement. This information may also be shared with any Governmental and/or Regulatory Authority.
Apple Distributors and Authorized Resellers are not responsible for data mismatches, disputes, app consent, or integration issues. They also disclaim any liability for any data shared during onboarding or while participating in the program.
Declaration & Warranty on behalf of Insurer
Please note: The Company's liability for coverage begins once the insured formally accepts the proposal and the company receives the full premium.
The Company is under no obligation to accept any insurance proposal. Receipt of the proposal form and premium payment by HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited does not automatically constitute acceptance of the proposal or a concluded insurance contract. The Company has sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject the proposal upon fully realizing the premium payment.
If the Company accepts your proposal, it will notify you specifically of your insurance coverage's acceptance and effective date.
HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited is not liable for any claims arising from events occurring before policy issuance. (Your proposal form will be considered after HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited receives premium payment.)
Fraud Warning
The Company can only void this policy if you misrepresent, misdescribe, or disclose any material details in your proposal. Knowingly filing a proposal with false information or concealing material facts constitutes a fraudulent insurance act. This will render the policy voidable at the Company's sole discretion and result in a denial of insurance benefits.
Anti-Rebating Warning
Section 41 of the Insurance Act 1938 (as amended) prohibits the practice of rebating. This means no person can offer or allow, directly or indirectly, any rebate of the whole or part of the commission payable or the premium shown on the policy as an inducement to take out, renew, or continue an insurance policy. Similarly, no person taking out, renewing, or continuing a policy can accept any rebate except as allowed by the published prospectus or tables of the insurer. Violation of Section 41 is punishable by a fine of up to Rs. 10 Lakhs.
