Zopper's TV ADLD Plan protects your television from accidental or liquid damage for 1 or 2 years (depending on the chosen plan duration) from the date of plan purchase, ensuring worry-free use and peace of mind.

Plan Validity

Only one claim is allowed.

Note:

  • Physical damage or Liquid damage will be covered only for the first year.
  • For device breakdowns, customers should coordinate directly with the respective brand.
  • A 60-day cool-off period is applicable.

Claim Process

In the event of an incident with your television, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

  • Submit all necessary details and documents.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of its occurrence.

Step 3: Technician Visit

After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from the brand-authorised service centre for inspection of the product.

Step 4: Device Delivery

The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.

Beyond Economic Repair (BER)

  • Only one claim is allowed up to a total repair value of 80% of the sum insured.
  • If the repair cost equals or exceeds 80% of the invoice amount, the case is considered a BER.
  • If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan. The policy will be considered null and void.

Depreciation

In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation and any previous repair costs.

A 10% salvage will be applied after the depreciation deduction, and the final amount will be transferred to the customer in the event of a total loss.

What This Plan Doesn't Cover?

  1. Any loss or damage from unauthorised modifications and theft
  2. Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
  3. Damage to the other part of the device, excluding the screen
  4. Minor scratches, remote, battery in accessories/consumable items (plastic body), or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the TV, desktop or laptop
  5. Damage due to natural disasters, fire, lightning, explosions, riots, strikes and vandalism.
  6. Damage caused by:
    1. An external product/accessory
    2. Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre
  7. If the serial number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission
  8. Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
