Unlimited claims are allowed up to a total repair value of 80% of the invoice amount.
Claim Process
In case of screen damage, you can register your claim through the following channels.
Step 1: Raise a Request
Step 2: Share Device Details
- Submit all necessary details and documents.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of its occurrence.
Step 3: Technician Visit
After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from the brand-authorised service centre for inspection of the product.
Step 4: Device Delivery
The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.
Beyond Economic Repair (BER)
- Unlimited claims are allowed up to a total repair value of 80% of the invoice amount.
- If the repair cost equals or exceeds 80% of the invoice amount, the case is considered a BER.
- Upon BER settlement, the plan becomes null and void, and no further claims will be accepted.
Depreciation
In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be reimbursed after deducting applicable depreciation and any previous repair costs.
If the case is declared a total loss, the final settlement amount will be after deducting depreciation and any previous repair costs
- 50% depreciation/Panel price (brand quotation) – whichever is lower will be provided to the customer under total loss.
- A 10% salvage deduction will be applied to the post-depreciation amount, and the final amount will be transferred to the customer under total loss.
What This Plan Doesn't Cover?
- Any loss or damage from unauthorised modifications and theft
- Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
- Damage to the other part of the device, excluding the screen
- Minor scratches, remote, battery in accessories/consumable items (plastic body), or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the TV, desktop or laptop
- Damage due to natural disasters, fire, lightning, explosions, riots, strikes and vandalism.
- Damage caused by:
- An external product/accessory
- Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre
- If the serial number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission
- Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
