In the event of an incident with your device, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.
Step 1: Raise a Request
Step 2: Share Device Details
Step 3: Technician Visit
After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from the nearest brand-authorised service centre for inspection of the product.
Step 3: Service Examination
Zopper will inform the customer about the spare charges (if any). The customer will confirm the estimate.
Step 4: Device Delivery
The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.
