Claim Process

In case of screen damage, you can register your claim through the following channels.

Step 1: Raise a Request

Step 2: Share Device Details

  • Submit all necessary details and documents.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of its occurrence.

Step 3: Device Pickup

A delivery associate will collect your device from your doorstep/dealer point.

Step 4: Service Centre Evaluation

The device will be diagnosed and repaired at a brand-authorised service centre.

Step 5: Return Delivery

Once repaired, the device will be delivered back to your doorstep/dealer point.

Note:

If any other parts, apart from the screen, are found to be damaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of those parts. Otherwise, the device will be returned as received (RWR).

What This Plan Doesn't Cover?

  1. Software issues, malfunctions or crashes due to viruses, or cyber-attacks

  2. Theft, loss or damage under mysterious circumstances

  3. Damage resulting from wilful neglect or intentional action

  4. Liquid damage

  5. Damage due to:

    ·      Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning)

    ·      Riots, strikes, or vandalism

  6. Damages to accessories or SIM card

  7. Damage caused due to :

    ·      Use of an External product/accessory

    · Any service, including upgrades or modifications, carried out by a non-authorised service centre.

  8. If the device’s serial number has been altered, defaced, modified, or removed without prior written authorisation from the manufacturer

  9. Recovery or reinstallation of software or user data

  10. Cosmetic damages such as scratches or dents

  11. Devices that were pre-activated before purchase, whether overseas or Indian

  12. Demo or display units

  13. Repairs performed by unauthorised third-party service providers

  14. Repairs involving micro-soldering
