Claim Process
In the event of an incident with your smartphone, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Step 2: Share Device Details
Submit all necessary details and documents
Report the issue within 48 hours of its occurrence
Step 3: Device Pickup
A delivery associate will collect your device from your doorstep/dealer point.
Step 4: Service Centre Evaluation
The device will be diagnosed and repaired at a brand-authorised service centre.
Step 5: Return Delivery
Once repaired, the device will be delivered back to your doorstep/dealer point.
Beyond Economic Repair (BER)
Unlimited claims are allowed up to a total repair value of 80% of the invoice amount.
If the repair cost equals or exceeds 80% of the invoice amount, the case is considered a BER.
Upon BER settlement, the plan becomes null and void, and no further claims will be accepted.
Depreciation
In case of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be reimbursed after deducting applicable depreciation and any previous repair cost.

What This Plan Doesn't Cover?
Malfunctions or crashes due to viruses or cyber-attacks
Theft, loss or damage under mysterious circumstances
Damage resulting from wilful neglect or intentional action
Physical or liquid damage
Damages caused due to:
· Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning)
· Riots, strikes, or vandalism
Issues within the manufacturer’s warranty period
Part repair will not be covered if the issue occurred due to any physical or liquid damage, dents or scratches found on the device
Damages to accessories or SIM card
Damage caused due to :
· Use of an External product/accessory
· Any service, including upgrades or modifications, carried out by a non-authorised service centre.
If the device’s serial number has been altered, defaced, modified, or removed without prior written authorisation from the manufacturer
Recovery or reinstallation of software or user data
Cosmetic damages such as scratches or dents
Devices that were pre-activated before purchase, whether imported or purchased domestically
Demo or display units
Repairs performed by unauthorised third-party service providers
Repairs involving micro-soldering
