The Comprehensive Device Protection Plan is a two year protection plan that combines Accidental & Liquid Damage coverage with Extended Warranty benefits. The Plan provides protection against accidental and liquid damage, electrical and mechanical failure, and accidental damage to the screen, back panel, and device body during the Coverage Period. Customers may avail up to two Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage claims during the two-year tenure and unlimited Extended Warranty repairs, subject to the original invoice value of the device. Coverage is available only for eligible new smartphones activated within two days of purchase and is subject to applicable processing fees, depreciation, Beyond Economical Repair (BER) provisions, exclusions, and other terms and conditions of the Plan.
This includes mobile smartphones or any other mobile device that may be included from time to time. These devices should be for domestic use only and not be used for commercial, rental, or profit-generation purposes. Details of the mobile device will be specified under this repair contract.
Use of the mobile device in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines for mobile phone device usage, including, but not limited to, regular maintenance and upkeep of the mobile phone device and usage of specified protection devices such as voltage stabilizers.

Rest assured that NOTHING CARE will support eligible service requests arising from accidental damage, liquid ingress, electrical or mechanical breakdowns, and covered screen or body damage, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

Your device will be repaired at NOTHING Authorised Service Centres by trained personnel using genuine spare parts, ensuring quality, reliability, and optimal device performance.
4. Comprehensive 2-Year Coverage
Enjoy uninterrupted protection for 2 years from the date of plan activation, providing long-term peace of mind against a wide range of covered device failures and damages.
5. Hassle-Free Claim Assistance
NOTHING CARE MTC Plan offers a simple and convenient claim process with unlimited eligible repairs for mechanical and electrical failures and up to 2 eligible accidental damage claims during the coverage period, subject to invoice value limits and applicable terms and conditions.
1. NOTHING CARE Mobile Total Care Plan must be purchased within 2 days from the device purchase date. The plan’s 1 year Extended Warranty starts after the 1 year brand warranty ends, the accidental and liquid damage coverage is provided for both the years. Requests cannot be processed after this period.
2. Your device will be serviced only if the plan is active and valid. The damage must have occurred after purchasing the NOTHING CARE Extended Warranty Plan and not before.
3. The IMEI number of the damaged/malfunctioning device must match the IMEI registered at the time of plan purchase. Service Requests cannot be processed if the IMEI cannot be read/retrieved from the device or if there is any mismatch.
4. This plan covers Electrical, Liquid, Mechanical, Screen Damage and Internal Hardware Failures.
5. Devices purchased outside India are not covered under this plan.
6. Please ensure that your device invoice is electronically generated (printed) and includes a complete tax breakup. Requests based on manual or fraudulent invoices may be rejected at Zopper’s discretion.
7. Unlimited repairs up to the invoice value for 1 year under Extended Warranty, and one ADLD claim per year, with no carry-forward of unused claims.
8. If a device is replaced or undergoes a mainboard replacement under the brand warranty, the protection plan continues on the new device. The Authorized Service Centre (ASC) issues a Swap Certificate, which is used to validate future claims.
1. If one damage-related service is consumed; or
2. If the device has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel; or
3. The term of the Plan expires;or
4. Cumulative repair expenses exceed the maximum liability.
1. Loss, theft, or burglary of the device under any circumstances.
2. Any issues or costs arising due to unauthorized repairs, improper usage, or defects caused by electrical problems such as faulty wiring, plugs, switches, extension boxes, inverters, grounding defects, voltage fluctuations, sudden surges, loose contacts, etc.
3. Products that do not carry an existing one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty valid in India at the time that this Extended Warranty Plan has been purchased.
4. Damage caused by external factors including, but not limited to, rat bites, insect infestation, or intrusion.
5. Breakdown caused by accessories that were not originally provided by the device manufacturer.
6. Damage to accessories or any damage caused due to the use of accessories.
7. Non-operational issues or cosmetic deterioration that do not affect the functionality or operation of the device.
8. Any condition that voids the Manufacturer’s Warranty before the standard warranty period ends, including repairs carried out at local or unauthorized service centers.
9. Devices with removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers.
10. Damage caused due to natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
11. Damage caused due to fire, burns, or explosions of any kind.
12. Any malfunction or physical or liquid damage that has occurred prior to the commencement of NOTHING CARE MTC Plan or outside the Plan term.
13. Devices purchased outside India or through channels/retailers not officially authorized or recognized by the Brand.
14. Any loss of data or software installed on the device.
15. If modifications are carried out in consonance with the brands’ policies using genuine parts and through authorized service centers which increase the Value of the Covered Product then the Mobile Total Care Plan will continue to apply to the Covered Product. However, the Mobile Total Care Plan will only cover the original invoice value of the product and will exclude the modifications carried out.
16. Performing actions on the Covered Product that cause the manufacturer’s warranty to void, including products that have been modified, altered, adjusted or repaired, serviced, moved, removed, installed, by unauthorized persons.
17. Any other condition that voids the Manufacturer's Warranty prior to end of its standard warranty period, including repairs from local and unauthorized service centers.

Zopper will register your repair request upon receiving your notification.
Zopper will assign an authorized service center for your device repair.
Customers will need to visit an authorized service centre and present their device there to get it repaired.
Zopper will ensure the assigned authorized service center repairs your device.
The service center will notify you once the repair is successfully completed.
The product will be promptly returned to the customer at the service centre.
Depreciation refers to the reduction in a device's value over time due to usage and aging. At the time of a service request, the applicable depreciation value is calculated based on the device's age. The depreciation amount is determined by applying the depreciation percentage (as per the applicable depreciation table) to the device's current market value.
Depreciation Value = Depreciation Percentage (as per the depreciation table) × Current Market Value of the Device.
