The Extended Warranty Protection Plan provides an additional one year of coverage beyond the expiry of the manufacturer's original warranty and protects against electrical and mechanical failures arising from defects in materials, workmanship, or internal hardware components during normal usage. The Plan applies only to devices covered under a valid OEM warranty and provides unlimited repair support, subject to the aggregate repair value not exceeding the original invoice value of the covered device and the terms and conditions of the Plan.
This includes mobile smartphones or any other mobile device that may be included from time to time. These devices should be for domestic use only and not be used for commercial, rental, or profit-generation purposes. Details of the mobile device will be specified under this repair contract.
Use of the mobile device in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines for mobile phone device usage, including, but not limited to, regular maintenance and upkeep of the mobile phone device and usage of specified protection devices such as voltage stabilizers.
Protection against electrical, mechanical, and internal hardware failures.
The original warranty that the respective manufacturer gives for a mobile device.
The upfront fee you paid to Zopper to subscribe to this repair contract, which is mentioned at the beginning of this repair contract.

Rest assured that NOTHING CARE will support eligible service requests arising from electrical or mechanical breakdowns and internal hardware faults, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
3. NOTHING Authorised Spare Parts & Service Centre
Your device will be repaired at NOTHING Authorised Service Centres by trained personnel using genuine spare parts, ensuring quality and reliable service.
4. Extended Coverage Beyond OEM Warranty
Enjoy an additional 1-year protection period beyond the manufacturer warranty, ensuring continued support and peace of mind for your device.
5. Hassle-Free Claim Assistance
NOTHING CARE EW Plan offers a simple and convenient claim process with unlimited eligible repairs up to the invoice value, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the repair journey.
1. NOTHING CARE Extended Warranty Plan must be purchased within 300 days from the device purchase date. The Plan term starts after the brand warranty ends. Requests cannot be processed after this period.
2. Your device will be serviced only if the plan is active and valid. The damage must have occurred after purchasing the NOTHING CARE Extended Warranty Plan and not before.
3. The IMEI number of the damaged/malfunctioning device must match the IMEI registered at the time of plan purchase. Service Requests cannot be processed if the IMEI cannot be read/retrieved from the device or if there is any mismatch.
4. This plan covers only Electrical, Mechanical and Internal Hardware Failures. Any other type of damage to the device is not covered under the plan.
5. The plan does not cover normal wear and tear.
6. Devices purchased outside India are not covered under this plan.
7. Please ensure that your device invoice is electronically generated (printed) and includes a complete tax breakup. Requests based on manual or fraudulent invoices may be rejected at Zopper’s discretion.
8. Unlimited repairs up to invoice value.
9. If a device is replaced or undergoes a mainboard replacement under the brand warranty, the protection plan continues on the new device. The Authorized Service Centre (ASC) issues a Swap Certificate, which is used to validate future claims.
10. The plan does not have Processing Fees.
1. If one damage-related service is consumed; or
2. If the device has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel; or
3. The term of the Plan expires;or
4. Cumulative repair expenses exceed the maximum liability.
1. Loss, theft, or burglary of the device under any circumstances.
2. Any issues or costs arising due to unauthorized repairs, improper usage, or defects caused by electrical problems such as faulty wiring, plugs, switches, extension boxes, inverters, grounding defects, voltage fluctuations, sudden surges, loose contacts, etc.
3. Products that do not carry an existing one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty valid in India at the time that this Extended Warranty Plan has been purchased.
4. Damage caused by external factors including, but not limited to, rat bites, insect infestation, or intrusion.
5. Breakdown caused by accessories that were not originally provided by the device manufacturer.
6. Damage to accessories or any damage caused due to the use of accessories.
7. Non-operational issues or cosmetic deterioration that do not affect the functionality or operation of the device.
8. Any condition that voids the Manufacturer’s Warranty before the standard warranty period ends, including repairs carried out at local or unauthorized service centers.
9. Devices with removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers.
10. Damage caused due to natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
11. Damage caused due to fire, burns, or explosions of any kind.
12. Any type of physical/accidental/liquid damage is not covered.
13. Devices purchased outside India or through channels/retailers not officially authorized or recognized by the Brand.
14. Any loss of data or software installed on the device.
15. If modifications are carried out in consonance with the brands’ policies using genuine parts and through authorized service centers which increase the Value of the Covered Product then the Extended Warranty Plan will continue to apply to the Covered Product. However, the Extended Warranty Plan will only cover the original invoice value of the product and will exclude the modifications carried out.
16. Performing actions on the Covered Product that cause the manufacturer’s warranty to void, including products that have been modified, altered, adjusted or repaired, serviced, moved, removed, installed, by unauthorized persons.
17. Any other condition that voids the Manufacturer's Warranty prior to end of its standard warranty period, including repairs from local and unauthorized service centers.
This EWSA can be cancelled within 15 days of purchase without any reason whatsoever. Upon cancellation of the EWSA, no charge will be deducted from the amount paid towards the EWSA and the entire amount shall be refunded. No cancellations can be made by the Customer after 15 days from the Date of Purchase of EWSA. If the Customer makes a request, knowing it to be false and/or fraudulent as regards the value or the amount of work or otherwise, this Service Agreement is deemed to be cancelled from inception without return of money paid and the customer must return all request payments received till such cancellation, including any shipping charges or other ancillary charges incurred by the Company.

Zopper will assign an authorized service center for your device repair.
Customers will need to visit an authorized service centre and present their device there to get it repaired.
Zopper will ensure the assigned authorized service center repairs your device.
The service center will notify you once the repair is successfully completed.
The product will be promptly returned to the customer at the service centre.
