Nokia 301 Asha Cyan
Nokia 301 Review : Outdated
Unlike the Nokia 105, which caters to a segment of users who want the most basic functionality of a phone and nothing more, the Nokia 301 is a harder sell. It’s a more powerful version of the 105, also bearing a physical keypad. The features are also slightly bumped up, but considering that devices like the Nokia Lumia 520 aren’t too far away in pricing terms, is it really worth the investment? Design wise, the Nokia 301 has a unibody like feel to it like the Nokia 105. The rounded corners and monoblock form of both immediately call the Lumia series to mind, especially with the removable back cover. It’s easy to grip and its size makes it simple to wield single-handedly. Weighing 101 grams and measuring 0.49 inches thick, the Nokia 301 features the same old-school build quality that made the manufacturer famous. Specs The Nokia 301 features 64 MB RAM and a microSD slot for up to 32 GB of internal storage. Obviously, high-performance isn’t exactly the device’s strong suit. However, when it comes to calling, messaging and even the odd bit of social networking, it’s more than capable of delivering. That depends on how comfortable one is using the keypad for navigating the interface since there is no touchscreen functionality. The 2.4-inch LCD Transmissive display features a 320 x 240 resolution with a 166 ppi pixel density. While bright enough, the overall colour quality is low-tech. You can count the number of pixels seen on screen, except in direct sunlight due to the amount of glare. It’s a step up from the Nokia 105, but that’s not saying much. Connectivity features include Bluetooth, 2G and 3G, with the Nokia Xpress Browser as your sole means for surfing (which isn’t bad, but it’s certainly not Chrome). A 3.2 megapixel camera features panorama and burst modes but without an LED flash or autofocus. Picture quality ends up looking dark and grainy as a result. The Nokia 301 battery life is at least reliable, with the 1200 mAh capacity lasting a good day even with heavy usage. It uses the Series 40 OS – which means it’s easy to use within minutes. There are a good number of apps like Twitter, Facebook and Nokia Chat IM with the ability to save 2000 contacts. There is also Slam Share, which functions somewhat like NFC in that pressing your phone against another starts Bluetooth file transfer. It works well enough but still a far cry from Windows 8. Pros: - Solid build quality - Series 40 is reliable and easy to use - Strong battery life Cons: - Out-dated display, user interface and performance Verdict: The Nokia 301 is in an odd place. It’s an old-fashioned but still solid device but when you need the most basic tasks done, why not just opt for the 105? For functionality, there’s the Lumia 520 and many budget Android smartphones that could give it a run for its money. As such, it’s a good cheap device but hardly the best.

Nokia 301 back with the basics and simply amazing
Nokia 301 is the type of phone you always want from nokia, pure and classic and this phone delivers. This comes has a mammoth battery and lasts for 20 hours as claimed by company for 2G calls which is great. You will have to buy a memory card if you want to use its multimedia features as internal memory is very low and hence its supports mmc upto 32GB. Its a single SIM phone alpha-numeric and simple nokia UI and no boring android UI Comes with 2.4inch QVGA screen which does its job and you get a a good display despite being a budget phone. Supports bluetooth and no WiFi or 3G or GPS. It has a 3.2mp camera which is above average and does its task with no front camera. Overall its a phone designed to please all, seedhi baat and no bakwaas

amazing phone...:)
Nokia 301 is a dual sim 3G, a very different. We do not have many products like this in market, in terms of dual SIM and 3G enabled phone. It is one of the latest nokia phone in market. This phone came into existence in april 2013 and most people doesn’t know about it. But this is really a great product. It runs on a 64 MB RAM and a 256 MB ROM that have its OS files to restore its operating system in case you experience some trouble with the phone’s software functionality. It is GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth enable phone but does not support wi-fi. A 3.15 mega pixel camera gives you a huge 2048 x 1536 pixels images with very fine clarity and quality.

a very nice 3G handset
Nokia 301 is one of the very few phones of its kind. Nokia 301 is a dual SIM (GSM + GSM ) phone and is also a 3G phone. You can access 3G internet services via any of the two SIM. It the latest 3G dual SIM phone that just stepped in market in February 2013. But still this phone is not much popular, I would suggest this phone over other multimedia sets of this kind. Although this is a 3G phone, it does not provide wi-fi connectivity. It gives its users Bluetooth service to transfer files like images, songs etc… It also have an exceptionally good 3.15 mega pixel primary camera.
