Claim Process

In the event of an incident with your TV, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Step 1: Raise a Request

Step 2: Submit Details

Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.

Step 3: Technician Visit

After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from your nearest Xiaomi/allocated authorised service centre for inspection of the product.

Step 4: Device Delivery

After your device is repaired and you are satisfied with the service, it will be delivered to you.

Beyond Economic Repair (BER)

Unlimited claims where total repair value is capped up to 85% of the sum insured value.

If the claim amount is more than or equal to 85% of the invoice amount, it will be deemed Beyond Economic Repair (BER) after applying depreciation according to the chart below.

If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan. The policy will be considered null and void.

Depreciation

In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation, salvage amount and any previous repair costs.

What This Plan Doesn't Cover?

  1. Any loss or damage from power fluctuations, unauthorised modifications, and theft
  2. Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
  3. Damages that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  4. Damage caused by:
    1. An external product/accessory
    2. Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre
  5. If the serial number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission
  6. Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
  7. Recovery or re-installation of software or user data
