In the event of an incident with your phone, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.
Step 1: Raise a Request

Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Device Handover
After confirmation from Zopper, visit your nearest Xiaomi/Allocated authorised service centre and submit your device.
Step 4: Device Delivery
After your device is repaired and you are satisfied with the service, it will be handed over to you, and a service charge of ₹350 + GST will be collected.
If the claim amount is more than or equal to 80% of the invoice amount, it will be deemed Beyond Economic Repair (BER).
In case of loss or damage to the insured handset, the settlement will be based on the sum insured or the invoice value, whichever is lower, after applying depreciation according to the chart below. The settlement amount will not exceed the sum insured.
If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan. The policy will be considered null and void.
In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation.
