The Xiaomi TV ADLD Plan protects your device from any accidental or liquid damage for 3 years from the date of purchase of the plan, ensuring worry-free use and complete peace of mind.

2 claims are allowed under the plan within a 3-year policy period, with the total repair value capped at 75% of the sum insured value.
Please note that this plan is subject to a 60 days cool-off period from the date of purchase or activation. If any claim is registered during the cool-off duration, such claim shall not be honoured either during the cooling-off period or thereafter
In the event of an incident with your TV, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Technician Visit
After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from your nearest Xiaomi/allocated authorised service centre for inspection of the product.
Step 4: Device Delivery
The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.
If the sum of the claim amount is greater than or equal to 75% of the invoice amount, it will be deemed as beyond economical repair (BER).
If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan, and the policy will be considered null and void.
In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation and any previous repair costs.
