Claim Process:

Step 3: Technician Visit
After confirmation from Zopper, a technician will visit your doorstep from your nearest Xiaomi/allocated authorised service centre for inspection of the product.
Step 4: Device Delivery
After your device is repaired and you are satisfied with the service, it will be handed over to you.

In the event of a total loss or Beyond Economic Repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation, and any previous repair costs.
