Step 2: Submit Details
Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Technician Visit
Once the request is registered, a technician will visit from the nearest Haier-authorised service centre and inspect the product. Repairing the product is done at the customer's location, and in some cases, the service centre may propose picking up the product to be repaired.
Step 4: Device Delivery
The device will be handed over after the completion of the service.
What This Plan Doesn't Cover?
Any loss or damage from power fluctuations, unauthorised modifications, and theft
Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
Damages that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Software support or installations
Any hardware alterations or additions
Plastic or aesthetic parts of the product
Main Liner crack, Doors, Bulbs, rubber pads, remote, stabilisers, consumables, Grill, Sheet Metal Parts and any damage to the aesthetic components
Peripherals, whether purchased as part of a system, or bundled with it, e.g. USB, CDS, stabiliser, etc.
Damage caused by:
An external product/accessory
Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre
If the serial number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission
Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
Commercial use of the home appliance
Terms & Conditions
A valid invoice is required to purchase the extended warranty.
Only Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. or Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. authorised partners can offer extended warranties.
All payments must be made in advance along with the extended warranty form.
If the extended warranty is cancelled before the end of the contract period, no refund will be provided for the unexpired period.
The extended warranty is non-transferable in the event of resale or gifting the product. No refund will be given.
Renewal of the extended warranty after expiration is at the sole discretion of Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd., depending on the product’s model, age, and usage.
Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. will prioritise emergency breakdowns, but will not be held liable for any loss, including consequential losses.
Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for damage to programs, data, or removable storage media.
The extended warranty covers only products supplied by Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. and the base configuration. Any hardware alterations or additions will be chargeable.
Under Home Air Conditioner (HAC) Extended Warranty, the company will provide the customer two (2) jet pump service (for AC) and one (1) chemical wash service for kitchen appliances (KA-HOOD) per year (According to plan). The customer can avail the service on-demand basis under the extended warranty. Customer has to login the Service Request though the Haier platform (Website/ Toll Free No/ WhatsApp) (the Year will start from the Extended warranty Start Date).
The Extended Warranty shall cover the following parts under the Extended Warranty contract.
AC & Home Appliances Products: Compressor, Thermostat, Relay, OLP, Fan Motors, Timers, PCB, Heaters, Air dampers, Ice maker, temperature sensors, Evaporators, condensers, Refrigerant, charging, Driers, Capillary, Blowers, Fan, Blade, Control Box, Magnetron, Electrical switches, transformers (internal), Diodes, Capacitors, Wire harness, Wash & Spin motors, Gear box, Clutch Assay, Drum, Inner tub, Bellows, bearing & lip seal, Drain motor, Pump, Electrical Valves, buzzer, Suspension, Key Membrane, Remote PCB.
Consumer Electronics Products: Chassis, PCB, Tuner, Picture tube, SMPS, FBT, Guns, Speakers, Capacitors, Diodes, Transformer, Transistors, IC, Remote PCB.Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. will repair/replace any defective parts with same or similar parts and correct any problems resulting from workmanship free of charge. Defective parts need to be submitted to Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. or Authorised Service Centre and becomes property of Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd.
Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd’s liability under this Extended Warranty is limited to providing services and replacement of necessary parts as covered under this Extended Warranty. Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for damages, death, injuries, health or any consequential damages of whatsoever nature to any person or property by use or operation of the product. Maximum liability (direct and indirect) of Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd., under this Extended Warranty, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for availing services under this Contract.
The extended warranty is governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.
